Dear reader,
I recently joined AGLOCO because of a friend recommended it to me. I am now promoting it to you because I like the idea and I want you to share in what I think will be an exciting new Internet concept.
AGLOCO’s story is simple:
Do you realize how valuable you are? Advertisers, search providers and online retailers are paying billions to reach you while you surf. How much of that money are you making? NONE!
AGLOCO thinks you deserve a piece of the action.
AGLOCO collects money from those companies on behalf of its members. (For example, Google currently pays AOL 10 cents for every Google search by an AOL user. And Google still has enough profit to pay $1.6 billion dollars for YouTube, an 18-month old site full of content that YouTube’s users did not get paid for!
AGLOCO will work to get its Members their share of this and more.
AGLOCO is building a new form of online community that they call an Economic Network. They are not only paying Members their fair share, but they’re building a community that will generate the kind of fortune that YouTube. But instead of that wealth making only a few people rich, the entire community will get its share.
What's the catch? No catch - no spyware, no pop-ups and no spam - membership and software are free and AGLOCO is 100% member owned. Privacy is a core value and AGLOCO never sells or rents member information.
So do both both of us a favor: Sign up for AGLOCO right now! If you use this link to sign up, I automatically get credit for referring you and helping to build AGLOCO. http://www.agloco.com/r/BBBB5927
Thanks

AGLOCO – Pyramid Scheme?
As I am sure you know by now AGLOCO has launched their program. Touted to be the Internet's first Economic Network, which will harness the power of the Internet-based social networks to "directly benefit the Members who help to create the community". What does that mean?
The founders of AGLOCO (A Global Community) saw the huge potential in the social networks like MySpace, Facebook, and YouTube. All those potential customers have advertisers drooling at the mouth. If the users created the community why not give them a portion of the ad revenue that was being generated. Share the wealth. AGLOCO was their answer.
How would this work? I'm glad you asked. You have to become a member of AGLOCO. You first are required to fill out a simple sign-up-page. After that you must download a piece of software they are calling a "Viewbar". (Currently being tested) Oh did I mention that this is FREE? Yep a free membership.
The viewbar would allow you to do an Internet search. The search engine provider would then pay AGLOCO a fee. While you are doing your search the viewbar would have targeted advertising displayed. If you were to click on the ad and subsequently make a purchase, then AGLOCO would be paid a fee. Obviously the more people who become members, the higher the fee AGLOCO can demand from the advertisers. A large portion of that money would then be paid back to the members. Other expected sources of income include commissions form transactions, the distribution of software, services distribution and product distribution with the accompanying referral fees.
Members earn a monthly share of the AGLOCO revenue based on the use of the viewbar each month. Those members who refer others, will earn even more. The idea is to build the membership numbers as quickly as possible. Since members are rewarded for those they refer, the critics have screamed "pyramid scheme". You will have to decide for your self.
According to the Agloco web page, members are not expected to do anything differently from the way they use the web every day. Surf, chat, buy, blog, email and work just like always. The only difference is members will have their viewbar open.
Another concern that has been mentioned is the fear of a lack of privacy. Maybe there is secret spy ware that is waiting to harvest your information. Founders have assured everyone that this is not the case and the public scrutiny AGLOCO is undergoing should be an adequate deterrent to keep everyone honest. The company has been very straight foreword in their determination to abide by the anti-spamming rules set by the international web community.
Even the critics agree that AGLOCO has become a phenomenon that will have to be reckoned with. If it fails you can always feel good about saying "I told you so". But what if the critics are wrong? What have you got to loose? It doesn't cost you anything and might over time be of value. It is also fun to get on board at the head of the line and see where this thing will go! Besides when was the last time you owned the Internet?

Look Out Google Here Comes Big Daddy?
Copyright © Glenn Jones
http://www.Extreme-Profits.com
Big Daddy is just the latest search engine trying to take a piece of the Google pie. With the Internet growing at a phenomenal rate, it is not surprising to see search engines come and go. Yesterdays top rated companies have been bought, sold, modified, or don't even exist today. This is normal and healthy for the consumer, who want their Internet searches to be quick, relevant, and without a lot of ad clutter.
Most search engines are commercial enterprises that are in business to make a profit. This is accomplished by selling advertisement space. The most relevant web page may not receive the best ranking simply because someone else was willing to pay more to be at the top of the search result page. Good for them but bad for you.
If you are running a business through your web site, you know how important it is to have a good ranking position on the search engine results. People will rarely even look at the second or third page of results.
You may have the best product or service available anywhere at any price, but without the customer seeing your site, you are going to fail.
So what does Big Daddy have to do with all this? Big Daddy is a new search engine that hopes to dominate the Internet by using a unique strategy. They will provide the same type of search capability you have come to rely on, however they will share the advertising revenue with their affiliate members. Since their affiliate program is free, they expect a tremendous number of users to come on board. The more members they have, the more they can charge for their advertising space. This translates into more ad revenue.
Each of the affiliates is given their own Search Engine Portal. (Also free) As they search the web, they earn credits that may be used to promote their own e-businesses. A win–win situation.
This strategy has resulted in a huge world wide response and is putting Big Daddy into position to take their share of billions of dollars in ad revenue that will be spent in the coming years.
Perhaps even more note worthy is the selling of key words to the Search Big Daddy affiliates. Using the pay per click revenue generated from their Search Engine Portal, affiliates can bid on key words. You will then "own" the key word for one year. Obviously the better key words you own, the higher you will be listed in the search engine results. The higher your position, the more traffic to your web site and hopefully, more money in your pocket.
There are many other programs and opportunities being offered by Big Daddy that you will have to investigate on you own. For the small Internet business or the individual, these may prove beneficial.
Only time will tell if Search Big Daddy becomes the next Google, but, with over 50 countries currently being represented, and hundreds of people signing up daily, it would seem like they are on the way!

Three Rules For Selling Success
Copyright © Glenn Jones
http://www.Extreme-Profits.com
As Featured On Ezine Articles

If you will keep these three things in mind as you go about selling your products and services, you will have greater success. You have to understand that selling is a process and not a single act. True selling is satisfying a real need of a buyer.
First you must get the attention of your perspective buyer. There are many voices calling in the marketplace. You have to find a way to stand out from the crowd. On the Internet, you have a very short window of time to do this in. Use a catchy title or headline to capture your buyers' attention. Font size, color, graphics, as well as text all can be used successfully. Use your imagination and don't be afraid to experiment.
When you shop what catches your attention? Your customers are no different. Your web site should be there for your guests. Stay focused on your goal of taking the customer from just being a shopper to being a satisfied buyer who wants to return time after time.
Second, tell your prospective customer why you feel that your product will not only meet his or her need, but will exceed their expectations. This will help overcome possible future objections. Appeal to their emotions as well as their intellect. Create interest in your product or service by painting a mental picture of how it would be for your customer to be using your product. A travel agent should make the customer feel the tropical breeze blowing through her hair as she walks bare-foot through the sugar white sand. She should hear the music and laughter of her hosts and smell the faint scent of jasmine. Since you have taken care of all the details and at an affordable price, your customer can relax and enjoy the vacation you alone could provide. Get the idea?
After you have intellectually and emotionally engaged your customer, the third thing that is necessary is to make a call to action. Every suggested idea of action tends to lead to action. Assume that the customer is ready to sign up or purchase your product. Do this in steps: "click here" "please enter your name and e-mail address", "please choose your method of payment", "Your suggestions are appreciated", "How may we be of further service", etc. etc. It becomes natural to move from one step to another, until the process is completed. A word of caution: Always approach each sell as the first of many. Begin to plant the seeds for future business. Ask the customer if you might send them information on other products or services that they might find of interest. For repeat business remember that service should be your motto.
You don't have to be the cheapest, but you should strive to be the best! Unless you have a one-of-a- kind product, you cannot afford to loose repeat customers by taking short cuts or by providing an inferior product. Integrity counts. If you don't provide superior service and products, you competition will. I know you will do the right thing and be greatly rewarded for you time and efforts!

Is Success University Right For You?

Is Success University Right For You?
Success University is the brainchild of Matt Morris. As president and founder, it is his vision that laid the foundation for what we see today. How do you take ordinary people and make them extraordinarily successful? That is the challenge that Success University took on. They felt that if they could motivate their students, provide training, mentoring, and the tools for self-improvement, they could succeed. On top of this, the program is set up in such a way that students who want to can build a successful business by sponsoring others who have the same desire to have their own business and the financial freedom that comes with it.
How do they do it? Each person who takes advantage of the low cost enrollment fee ($2.00) is started on an intensive 14 day training session. (After the 14 day period, those who wish to continue pay a nominal fee each month). Each days training session is followed by an “Action Item” the student is expected to accomplish before going on to the next session. Tools and resources are provided with each lesson to help the student reach their goal for that day.
In addition to the business training provided, there are a number of personal development and enrichment classes that can be taken. Several well-known motivational speakers are available to students to encourage them in the pursuit of their goals. These include, Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, Denis Waitley, and Steven Covey to name just a few. There are weekley tele-conferences where Success University students can hear live events and testimonials of what others are doing.
How is the program working? From its very inception, Success University was very popular, but since the introduction of a new compensation package for their affiliates, their enrollment has skyrocketed! There are over 1000 people a month joining the program. With over 75 countries currently represented, this is truly a phenomenon! It looks like Mr. Morris has found the right formula at the right time.
If you have been considering starting a home business or are looking to improve your existing business, maybe
you should take a closer look at Success University. For more information visit:

Do you have what it takes to be an e-entrepreneur?
Copyright © Stone Evans, The Home Biz Guy
Author of "Dotcomology - The Science of Making Money Online"
These days, it seems like everyone wants to work
from home and make money on the Internet. But
before you even turn on your computer, the first
question you have to ask yourself is whether
you’re cut out for this kind of work.
The fact is, building a home-based business isn’t
for everyone. Some people like the commute. They
really do enjoy having a boss who tells them what
to do, and they like the routine of working
nine-to-five for an ordinary salary that can
barely pay the mortgage. Personally, I think
they’re nuts.
More reasonably, there are people who are
concerned about the risk of starting up their own
business. They’re not sure it’s worth the
investment of time and money, and they’re scared
of the responsibility that comes with running
their own company. They wonder if there is
another way to escape the rat race.
I’m sure there is. You could win the lottery or
wait for your Aunt Sue to keel over and leave you
her condo. Or maybe you could sit down with a pen
and paper and draw the blueprint for "The Next
Big Thing". Anything can happen... Right?
For me, what happened was creating a successful,
self-running Internet marketing system. It didn’t
happen without effort. It didn’t happen without
at least some initial investment of both time and
money and, of course, it doesn’t happen now
without me making sure that the taxes are filed
and the paperwork is done. But it happened.
I’m my own boss. I work from home according to my
own schedule and I get to pocket all the cash my
business makes. If you’re prepared to give an
e-business the time, the work and the money it
needs to get started and get growing, it can
happen for you too.

Hunting "Guru" on the World Wide Web
Copyright © Glenn Jones
http://www.Extreme-Profits.com
Since earliest times, man has been a hunter. First of necessity, and now we hunt just to prove our skills. The more elusive, rare, or dangerous the prey, the better the hunt.
I decided to try my luck at capturing the elusive “Guru”. I had heard that they were very rare, very elusive, and could sometimes be dangerous. Where to start? Like any good hunter I knew that preparation would be the key to my success. I had to find the answers to some fundamental questions:
· What exactly was a “Guru”?
· Where do they live, what do they eat, how dangerous are they?
· What is the best way to capture one?
I started my search for Guru in the same place everyone else does: the Land of Google. I very quickly learned that there were Gurus everywhere. Apparently they could adapt to almost any environment. I found 69 million references to “Guru” my first click!
I next turned to and old reference book I found in my office. A gentleman named Merriam-Webster had a small description of a “Guru” that I found to be helpful:
"A teacher and especially intellectual guide in matters of fundamental concern b : one who is an acknowledged leader or chief proponent c : a person with knowledge or expertise : EXPERT"
Now we are getting somewhere. I had been seeing people all over the web claiming to be experts. They had the photocopy of their check stub to prove it too. The ability to make money was the only proof they offered. If you didn’t believe them, well just send them $29.95 and they would prove it again. The fact that they can work in their underwear, eat catsup and rice doesn’t qualify them as worthy subjects of our quest. This type of “guru” is very dangerous indeed. Fortunately they are obvious to spot. They usually hang out with others just like themselves in chat rooms talking about how to milk newbies with their latest gimmick. What ever happened to the “teacher” who is a “leader” as well as an “expert”? The ability to meet your own needs is a good thing, however, the ability, and a passionate desire to help someone else meet their needs is the sign of a true “Guru”. The more people they have helped to succeed the greater their status should be. This variety is rare indeed. I can now see that this hunt is going to be one I will remember for a long, long time. If you happen to see a real “Guru” while you are out there on the web, please, let me know…
Good hunting.

Do You Know Why Your Website Doesn't Work?
Copyright © Glenn Jones
http://www.Extreme-Profits.com
There are any number of reasons why a web page, ezine, blog, or sales copy just doesn’t give us the results we desire. Today I am going to talk about some of the most overlooked problems and give you solutions you can implement.
By being the owner of an e-business you have to rely on your web pages to represent you and your products to your potential customers. You only have the one chance to make the right first impression.
Let me put this in perspective. If you visit the grocery store down the street you can hear the relaxing music being played over the speaker system, the floors are clean and you can smell freshly baked bread coming from the oven. A sample of cheese or a cookie tastes great. Every isle is well marked and well lighted. You relax and enjoy your shopping experience. What you say and do with your web page has to convey all the same feelings and evoke the same responses from your “shoppers”. It doesn’t matter if you are selling the best service or product in the world if you cant get visitors to enter your website and stay long enough to see and hopefully buy your product.
What keeps people out? I am glad you asked. There are several possibilities but lets look at these three: Color, Clutter, and feelings of insecurity.
First of all color is one of the most powerful tools available to set the mood of your site and provoke an emotional response. The colors you choose to use will have an impact on your visitors. Not only that, but different cultures respond to the same colors differently. Know who your primary customers are. A person from the United States would see yellow and think “cowardice” while for a person from Japan yellow points to the “future”.
Okay lets look at some specific colors:
· RED - creates excitement, used to express passion, speed or danger.
· BLUE- the most popular color. Builds trust and conveys reliability.
· ORANGE- triggers playfulness and child-like behavior
· GREEN- associated with trees and grass. Means growth and abundance.
· PURPLE- images of royalty and dignity.
· PINK- associated with femininity, softness and nurturing.
· WHITE- evokes idea of cleanliness, purity, and youthfulness. (Works best for website backgrounds)
· BLACK- triggers thought of the “dark side”, evokes mystery and seduction.
There are many more examples, but just understand that color choice is important. Let me also add that it is best if you do not use more than three colors on a page. Research has shown that the human brain can better remember things grouped in threes. This is a basic human phenomenon. The rule of three also can be applied to the number of fonts used on a page or the number of different elements being introduced.
Let’s talk now about clutter. Anything that distracts your visitors from making an informed decision to buy your product or service is clutter. Some of the top frustrations from a recent poll were:
1. Pop-up Boxes
2. Banner Ads
3. Congested web page
4. Poor navigation tools
5. Slow Load Time
All of these complaints drive your customers to your competition. If it doesn’t add clarity and support your process of moving your customer to buy, then leave it out. Keep focused on your goal.
Good navigation tools help make it easier for your visitors to move from page to page and find what they are looking for. Keep it simple and uniform. The more elements you add to your page will also slow down how fast your page loads. This is where the “eight second rule” comes into play. Most web searchers will leave a site if it doesn’t load within eight seconds. It has been estimated that 4.3 Billion dollars is lost each year due to this phenomenon! Enough said.
We have discussed color, clutter and now it is time to address the issue of security. This is perhaps the most difficult challenge you face. How do you develop trust with a customer through a web page? If you have followed the suggestions we have already covered it will go a long way toward giving you business a professional look. Some other things to do include:
1. Have an easy, no hassle return policy.
2. Give detailed descriptions of your products. (Pictures)
3. Provide a way to give quick response to questions.
4. State your security policy on each page.
5. Provide testimonials – word of mouth is still a great tool.
6. Send a confirmation e-mail to your customers. You want them to visit again.
This is a vast area of marketing and we have barely scratched the surface. Take the time to look at your store and see if it reflects what you want your prospective visitors to see and know about you. Maybe some of the things we have talked about will help you become the businessperson you know you really are. Best wishes!

Started in 1998 by Janet Wilson, Empowerism has become one

be successful, their members must succeed too. One of the ways
they do that is by providing the knowledge and tools to become
a “better fisherman”. The more you know and understand your
Internet business, then the greater your potential for success.
Training in a variety of subjects is available. The following
is a partial list:

mouse buttons. How to read and use computer menus and
sub-menus. How to create a folders download files, find files
in Windows Explorer, open Zip files, copy a pieces of text, paste
pieces of text, copy files, paste files in another directory, create
shortcuts, change screen resolutions. How to understand and
deal with computer hoaxes and viruses. How to set up Internet
and email settings. How to select and deal with your Internet
Service Provider. Dealing with passwords, email addresses, POP3
Servers, SMTP Servers, FTP, Telnet and NNTP Servers. How to set up
Computer and Internet preferences. Email terms, Outlook Express
and Netscape Setups, Email security issues, dealing with
attachments and email filters, junk mail, privacy, encryption
and digital IDS, and web based email. How about SPAM, Plug-Ins
and finding free stuff on the Internet? Making web pages.
Downloading and sending images. Setting up your printer,
using it and making it interact with the Internet and other uses.
Newbie Tutorials, Glossaries of Terms, Search Engine use.
Beginning, intermediate and advanced Domain Name usage.
Beginning, intermediate and advanced HTML and Website Design.
How to make and use banners including banner design and
exchanges. How to use Mirror and Doorway Pages, Email Marketing
and Safe lists. All about Auto-Responders. Use of Internet
languages including Java, Java script, CGI, Pearl and Cookies
and Tracking Tools”
Even a seasoned veteran could benefit from the resources provide.
In addition to these learning opportunities, subscribers can also
benefit from “Excellence Magazine”. This resource is loaded

that help you to succeed in business as well as in other areas
of your life too. This resource alone may be worth the membership dues.
We have looked at the training resources provided by Empowerism,
but what about the monetary side of this business? I’m glad you asked.
Empowerism uses a proven system to help you build your down line
of subscribers. They Employ a 3X9 matrix system that pays you

Autoresponder - Useful Tool or Just Another Gimmick
Copyright © Glenn Jones

(Autoresponder – Useful Tool or Just Another Gimmick
If you are anything like me, trying to make your Internet business take
off with a very limited budget, then you will undoubtedly hear of
the Autoresponder. Before you spend those limited resources, there
are a few things you need to understand in order to make an informed
decision.
Let’s begin by getting on the same page. An Autoresponder, for the
purposes of this article, is defined as a computer program used to give
a pre-written response to an e-mail message. If you have ever tried to
respond to several e-mails in a timely fashion you know how time
consuming and frustrating that can be. You don’t want to loose a
potential new customer, but you have a hundred other things screaming
for your attention too!
Enter the Autoresponder. Most Autoresponders today have the capability
of responding to every e-mail you receive with a personalized message in
a matter of seconds. Think of the timesavings. This is just one of the benefits
you will discover. The sky is the limit when you begin to review the options
available to the savvy businessman or woman. Here is an abbreviated
list of the features available:
Unlimited follow-up messages to perspective customer
The ability to track all messages – great to see what is working
Easy access to database to update or change your outgoing messages
Spam filters - a must in today’s marketplace
Management of bounce-back messages
Compile and send you activity reports
Compose and send e-mails to everyone on a list from any computer
Use templates provided or create your own format
Track the click-through links on your web site
And the list of options goes on and on. How were we ever able to live without
this. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination.
If like me, you have decided that an Autoresponder is a must have addition
to your marketing toolbox, then there is just one more thing to decide:
what is the best way to acquire your Autosender?
If you have the funds available, the time, and the technical know-how,
then you can purchase the programming and customize it to fit your own
business needs. When your business has grown large enough this will
probably is a viable option.
An alternative is to use the services of an ASP (Application Service Provider).
For a nominal monthly fee, you gain access to all the Autoresponder features.
The programming is kept on the host’s computer system. They maintain the
infrastructure and update the programming. You gain access to the system through
your computer via a web-based control panel. If you are just starting out with
your e-business this may be your best option.
The Autoresponder isn’t the answer for all businesses or for all the challenges
you will face, however, I am convinced that if used properly, the Autoresponder
can help you grow your business faster and in a more systematic way. There are
just too many benefits to ignore the Autoresponder or write it of as just another gemick

Do you have what it takes to be an e-entrepreneur?
Copyright © Stone Evans, The Home Biz Guy
Author of "Dotcomology - The Science of Making Money Online"
These days, it seems like everyone wants to work
from home and make money on the Internet. But
before you even turn on your computer, the first
question you have to ask yourself is whether
you’re cut out for this kind of work.
The fact is, building a home-based business isn’t
for everyone. Some people like the commute. They
really do enjoy having a boss who tells them what
to do, and they like the routine of working
nine-to-five for an ordinary salary that can
barely pay the mortgage. Personally, I think
they’re nuts.
More reasonably, there are people who are
concerned about the risk of starting up their own
business. They’re not sure it’s worth the
investment of time and money, and they’re scared
of the responsibility that comes with running
their own company. They wonder if there is
another way to escape the rat race.
I’m sure there is. You could win the lottery or
wait for your Aunt Sue to keel over and leave you
her condo. Or maybe you could sit down with a pen
and paper and draw the blueprint for "The Next
Big Thing". Anything can happen... Right?
For me, what happened was creating a successful,
self-running Internet marketing system. It didn’t
happen without effort. It didn’t happen without
at least some initial investment of both time and
money and, of course, it doesn’t happen now
without me making sure that the taxes are filed
and the paperwork is done. But it happened.
I’m my own boss. I work from home according to my
own schedule and I get to pocket all the cash my
business makes. If you’re prepared to give an
e-business the time, the work and the money it
needs to get started and get growing, it can
happen for you too.

self-running Internet marketing system. It didn’t
happen without effort.

So you woke up one morning and said “I want to have my
own business on the internet!” At that point you remembered
you didn’t know anything about Internet marketing, web site
construction, advertising, or even where to start. What began
as a “walk in the park”, now looks more like an “uphill battle”!
Don’t despair!! The fact that you are reading this article is proof
you are on the right track, and there is help available. If you will
follow a few simple steps and keep your eyes on your goal, your
dream can still be realized.
First off let me say that the only way to climb a mountains is by taking
one step at a time. The same is true for your Internet business. A good
first step is to start by using the knowledge and experience of others.
Find a reputable guide with a proven record of success to lead you
through the process. They can help you avoid the mistakes they have
made along the way and save you time, money, and a lot of unnecessary
headaches. Don’t reinvent the wheel!!
The second thing you will need on your journey to having a prosperous
and thriving Internet business is an open mind and a willingness to learn.
Don’t be overwhelmed by all the technology and jargon. You don’t have
to know everything right now to be a success! Just know that it works
for others and it will work for you too! Knowledge will come with
patience and practice. Never stop learning. Commit to learning at least
one new thing every day.
